The project implementation period is from September 22 to December 12, 2018. The major tasks included assisting Environment Protection Bureau, Yunlin County on setting up 10 local resources recycling example stations, the maintenance and management of Complete and Rich Resources Welfare Station established during the period 2016~2018, purchase and distribution of propaganda of village resources stations, environmental volunteer recruitment, foreign recycling seed teachers training and application, shooting and producing one environmental promotion film, implement promotional activities and organize one annual achievement conference. The project has set up 10 local resources recycling example stations and maintains the operation of 23 Complete and Rich Resources Welfare Station. There are total 30 volunteers join the system of resources recycling station via matchmaking to assist the operation and management of resources recycling stations. As to the propaganda reinforcement, in addition to printing and distributing recycling leaflet in various languages, the project has attracted the eyes of public to attend the promotional activities through environmental promotion wagons. Meanwhile, the double point giveaway of items to be recycled was executed and announced to enhance the recycling promotion of recycling items announced. In respect of foreign seed lecturer of resources recycling, there were total 7 lecturer have accepted the tainting and joined the environmental promotion. The environmental promotion film adopted the theme “Yunlin County is our Home to be protected by us” and the response of public was enthusiastic. It was broadcasted in the annual achievement conference for the first. The participation of foreign seed lecturers was one of spotlights of the project and the achievement conference received the attention and enthusiastic interview of media.
